OBJECTIVES
The Award serves to recognize and showcase prominent graduates of the NUS Business School who have excelled in their own field of work. It is a platform which will allow our highly successful alumni to reconnect and be actively involved in the life of the School. The Award also recognizes and acknowledges prominent alumni who have contributed to the School, the University and/ or the community.

Previous winners of the award are Peter Seah and Wong Ah Long.

CATEGORIES
There will be 3 awards given to the following categories:

  • Category 1 — Eminent Business Alumni Award (Senior Alumni Category)
    For those aged above 40

  • Category 2 — Eminent Business Alumni Award (Young Alumni Category)
    For those aged below 40

  • Special Service Award
    For those who show exceptional dedication in serving the School, NUS and/or the community

ELIGIBILITY
All alumni who have graduated with a degree or a graduate diploma awarded by NUS are eligible for the Award. The nominees must have achieved a high and recognized position in his/her field of business and management competence in either the private or people sector. Those who have contributed or participated in the School, University and/or alumni activities will be preferred.

NOMINATIONS
All alumni, faculty members, staff and friends are invited to nominate the name(s) of up to 3 alumni in each category whom they feel deserve special recognition for their outstanding contribution to the business community as well as their involvement in the life of the School or University. Self nomination is allowed.

AWARD PRESENTATION
The Awards will be presented at a formal dinner. A citation will be prepared for all the winners. Media coverage and attendant advertisements will be arranged.

The Eminent Business Alumni will be made honorary member of the NUS Business School Alumni Association, and their names will be prominently and appropriately displayed in the School.
