Dr. Anthony Tseng
PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology,
University of Utah, USA

Dr. Tseng is a specialist in the field of human resource development. He is bilingual. He received his M.A. & PhD from the University of Utah (U.S.A.) in the area of industrial / organizational psychology. He had taught for 10 years in the United States for three universities in the field of industrial-organizational psychology before he joined National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1983. During his tenure at NUS, he taught courses in HRM, organizational behavior, and training and development as well as served in several administrative capacities. He has been working as a part-time trainer/lecturer for the Executive Development Programs and EMBA (Asia-Pacific) Program for NUS Business School.

For more than 25 years, Dr. Tseng has concentrated his professional activities in the field of human resource development, e.g., lecturing, writing and publishing articles; consulting, designing and implementing training programs.
