Why do some managers avoid delegating to their staff and even feel uncomfortable talking about it, even though they themselves may be bogged down by endless tasks that need immediate attention.
Delegation is one vital management skill. It not only helps to train those who are talented but it also motivates the staff. Effective delegation allows the company to manage different issues or projects more systematically. Eventually, more and better outcome can be achieved. Nonetheless, empowerment has its downside. A successful entrepreneur must therefore master the skills of effective delegation before he or she can benefit from it.
This seminar allows entrepreneurs to share first-hand their experiences and knowledge in effective delegation and empowerment. Participants can gain a better understanding of management principles that will be applicable to their own situation.
