The YMCA-NUS Business School Volunteer Service Management Program is a collaboration between YMCA of Singapore and NUS Business School aimed at capability-building in the voluntary sector. As the first program for training of volunteers to be accredited by a university, the program will help voluntary welfare organizations to upgrade their skills in areas such as marketing, finance, strategy and organization and safety management.

The School is involved in the development of the curriculum and course content. Faculty member will supervise the course delivery for quality assurance. Our alumni will contribute as facilitators and mentors. A certificate will be awarded by NUS Business School and YMCA of Singapore to the participants.
