As an alumnus of NUS Business School, your experience in the classroom as well as workplace is invaluable to students and other alumni. We invite you to share this knowledge through our mentorship programme:
The mentorship programme brings together current MBA students and alumni in an exchange of knowledge, information, insights and experience. The programme is flexible and designed to meet the needs of our MBA students and alumni according to their schedule. Mentor and mentee should meet at least 2 - 3 times during the mentoring cycle and keep regular email or phone contact with each other. The recommended mentor to mentee ratio is not more than 1:3.
Volunteer as a Mentor
As someone who has travelled the MBA path, you can help by sharing valuable experience in career direction, job hunting/applications, general work skills and insights on industries and professions with student mentees.
Being a mentor is a great platform to develop your leadership and mentoring skills, while at the same time expand your business knowledge and network. As an alumni mentor, you play a direct role in shaping the next generation of leaders in your industry and the society in general. It is also one of the most meaningful ways to contribute to the NUS MBA community and maintain links with the Business School.
