  His experience spans the wide scope of human resource administration including manpower recruitment (local and foreign), industrial relations, career counseling, manpower development, talent management and compensation and benefits mostly in the electronics and semiconductor industries at senior management level. KH has experience recruiting from East Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and China. He has also managed regional human resource offices in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.   Nicholas co-founded Innovus International, a company that provides professional career-related services such as career counseling, career transition-planning and job-hunting skills and techniques in Singapore.

  Nic started out in Business Development in 1999 and moved on to the Executive Search business shortly. He honed his skills as a Career Services Manager with MBA students at the NUS Business School and BBA students at the Singapore Management University. As a Career Services Manager, his work ranges from conducting career counseling sessions to help students set personal goals and develop a strategic career path, to guiding them in self-assessment, job market research, cover-letter and resume writing, interviewing skills and salary negotiation.
