Job Description:: Responsibilities

-Identify and develop new business opportunities through aggressive sales and marketing activities to achieve profitability goals

-Prepare recommendations on pricing of products

-Foster strong business relationships with existing corporate accounts and ensure consistent business follow ups

-Organize and lead the sales team to plan and carry out activities to meet company’s growth and customer requirements

-Coach, lead and mentor team members

-Identify training needs of staff and make recommendations for training

-Responsible to carry out product promotions to market company’s products and capabilities

-Coordinate development of all aspects of quotations and proposals

-Maintain customer relationship through after sales service

-Keep abreast of the latest development in technology and changing customers’ requirements and expectations

Requirements
-Minimum Degree in Sales/Marketing or 5 years and experience in this field

-Proven track record in sales

-Good interpersonal and communication skills

-Possess valid class 3 driving license

-Strong leadership skills to lead a team to meet and exceed sales objectives

-Highly resourceful, self-driven and independent

-Possess knowledge of the marine related industry is an advantage
