About the company:
The company is a listed US MNC with marketing capitalization in excess of USD5B. The company designs, develops, manufactures and sells hard drives and sells its products worldwide to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and original design manufactures (ODMs) for use in computer systems, subsystems or consumer electronics (CE) devices, and to distributors, resellers and retailers

This role report to the Channel Marketing Manager

Function :
* This position requires travel to trade shows, customer trainings and frequent store visits
* Manage the coordination of all trade shows, sales trainings, material development, external product samples & competitive analysis
* Interact with account management to update & manage pricing on internal systems
* Conduct, prepare and report competitive analysis for products, pricing, packaging, websites, merchandising as well as any other competitive analysis required for all Branded Products
* Responsible for the documentation of the Packaging process of all Branded Products including the accessories inside the box for customers
* Responsible for reporting management & reporting of channel promotions, including ROI
* Initiate purchase orders for all channel programs, requiring Finance/Marketing approvals.
* Oversee and ensure well-maintained documentation from field marketing services
* Hold and conduct weekly review on promotions with sales team.
* Prepare and report weekly pricing analysis for on-the-shelf products for internal and external products
* Continuously monitor all websites for pricing and product accuracy, report findings monthly
* Prepare and present an in-depth quarterly analysis of all promotional activities from prior quarter by region. Compare results to prior year highlighting cost, ROI, top sellers by product, by customer and other trends
* Evaluate alternative promotions, premiums and new rebate vendors
* Ensure sell through figures are incorporated in the promotional calendar, in addition to final redemption numbers once promotion closes.
* Analyze and evaluate promo effectiveness on sell through and profitability, i.e., sell-through spikes
* Conduct and drive weekly meetings with cross functional teams to ensure all parties are meeting the timelines to ship all products as planned
* Supports the Channel Marketing Manager with other projects and activities as needed

Skills :
This job regularly and customarily exercises discretion and independent decision-making. Examples: Evaluates marketing and financial data, and constructs decision models, to develop recommendations for senior management.
* Knowledge of hard disk drives or industry related experience highly desired
* Experience in dealing with third party vendors
* Excellent communication and analytical skills required
* An expert on consumer packaged products with emphasis in marketing, merchandising, sales support, promotions in related business
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent presentation skills, ability to create and articulate presentations a must
* Capable of analyzing, defining and driving other cross functional teams
* Ability to multi-task to meet company objectives
* A strong sense of integrity and accountability, along with viewing change as an opportunity to grow
* Self-direct and self-motivated individual
Qualification :
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Minimum 5 years of Branded experience and/or Consumer Packaged
Salary : $3,500-4,500 / mth
