Responsibilities:

Participate in venue planning exercises, and work closely with venue development and management teams to secure smooth co-ordination and good understanding of broadcast requirements

Assist in the communication of information with broadcast planning to other key departments

Coordinate the implementation of broadcast facilities at the assigned venue
Liaise with the Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) on all venue-related matters

Prepare the necessary information for OBS
Prepare venue reports on a regular basis

Track all timelines and report any irregularities or issues to the Broadcast Specialist and Head of Media Operations

Assist in the set up of the TV infrastructure at the venue

During Games-time, assist to supervise, manage and coordinate TV operations; coordinate broadcast activities at the venue; act as the line of communication to the Main Media Centre and prepare venue daily reports at the end of the competition

Requirements:

Be independent and have no ongoing allegiance with any news agency, broadcaster or publication

Basic technical Broadcast skill is a plus
Understanding of Broadcast procedures

Strategic planning skills

Team player and capable of communicating with all levels in a multinational organization

Ability to manage and meet deadlines

Highly organized and attention to detail

Flexibility in work environment

Able to work under pressure
