Job Description:
Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain policies relating to inventory and general controls of all products in F&B and Warehousing.

- Provide direct analytical support to the Management by performing cost accounting, allocations and financial analysis functions of departments

- Develop SOPs for entire cost control section of the Resort and monitor all cost controls to ensure compliance of all policies and procedures

- Perform spot checks as necessary to control costs, identify problem areas and provide process improvement suggestions

Requirement

- Minimum five years of relevant experience dealing with high volume and fast moving goods.

- Degree/Diploma in areas related to F&B/ Centre Kitchen Operation/Inventory
Control/Accounting/Finance or equivalent

- Knowledge of Central Kitchen operation is preferred.

- Computer literate with knowledge of accounting software in the relevant industry
