Job Description:
Responsibilities

- Oversee the full spectrum of Rooms Division operations, including front office, guest services, housekeeping & facilities management

- Develop strategic long-term & short-term plan to achieve business goals for the hotel rooms

- Provide direction & leadership to achieve target revenue & performance within budgeted cost

- Implement effective standards, policies & procedures to optimise revenue & achieve maximum guest comfort & satisfaction

- Identify & develop talents for a highly competent team with diversified expertise & experience through multi-tasking & work process streamlining

- Responsible for the successful opening & subsequent operational performance for the hotel

Requirement

- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing 5-star hotels; of which at least 5 years are in managing the Rooms Division

- Related business degree from recognised institutions

- Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, manage & lead with measured productivity

- Ability to think strategically & work tactically with focus on detail

- Excellent leadership, planning & organizational skills in operations, budgetary & cost management
